Digital Wallet and Decentralized Applications
1. Digital Wallet. You may choose to use our digital wallet service. Our digital wallet allows you to access digital asset browsers and connect to decentralized exchanges and other decentralized applications (collectively "Dapp(s)"). The digital wallet enables users to (i) store digital assets; (ii) access digital asset browsers and connect to Dapps; (iii) view addresses and information belonging to digital asset networks and broadcast transactions; (iv) participate in retail transactions and related activities, and (iv) other features we may add from time to time.
1.1. Ownership and Control. You own and control the digital assets held in the digital wallet. As the owner of the digital assets in the digital wallet, you should bear all risks of loss of such digital assets. OnchainCrypto assumes no responsibility for fluctuations or losses of digital assets resulting from your use of the digital wallet. At any time, subject to interruptions, downtime, and other applicable policies, you can withdraw your digital assets by sending your digital assets to a different blockchain address.
1.2. Third-Party Services and Environments. The Service and OnchainCrypto website may provide access to or links to third-party services, such as decentralized exchanges and/or Dapps ("Third-Party Services"). Through the Service, you can access decentralized exchanges and/or Dapps through a digital asset browser or digital wallet by leaving the OnchainCrypto website to navigate to a Dapp, by enabling native front-end software links within the OnchainCrypto website, or by purchasing assets in a decentralized environment through a digital wallet. When accessing Third-Party Services, you understand that you will never transfer your assets to us. We provide access to Third-Party Services for convenience only, have no control over their content, make no guarantees or endorsements, and are not responsible for the availability or legality of content, products, assets, or services on or accessible from these Third-Party Services (including any related websites, resources, or links displayed therein). Third-Party Services, such as Dapps and decentralized exchanges, may offer assets with high liquidity, depreciation, lock-up, or loss risks.
1.3. Fees. You may be charged fees by third parties for using Third-Party Services. For example, you may be charged fees by a decentralized exchange or Dapp you visit through the OnchainCrypto website. Third-party fees are not collected by OnchainCrypto and are not paid to OnchainCrypto. Any OnchainCrypto fees charged will be specified as such and displayed before you submit a transaction.
1.4. Supported Assets. To view the digital assets currently supported by the digital wallet, please visit our Help Center ("Supported Assets"). Your digital wallet is only for proper use of Supported Assets. Under no circumstances should you attempt to use the digital wallet to store, send, request, or receive any assets other than Supported Assets. OnchainCrypto assumes no responsibility for any attempt to use your digital wallet with digital assets we do not support. You acknowledge and agree that OnchainCrypto is not responsible for any unsupported digital assets sent to the wallet address associated with your digital wallet. OnchainCrypto may terminate support for any particular digital asset at its sole discretion. Services and Supported Assets may vary by jurisdiction.
2. Digital Asset Transfers
2.1. General. Your digital wallet allows you to send Supported Assets to third parties, and to request, receive, and store Supported Assets from third parties. Your transfer of Supported Assets between other digital asset wallets (including wallets outside the OnchainCrypto website) and with third parties is a "Digital Wallet Asset Transfer". We recommend that customers send a small amount of Supported Assets as a test before sending large amounts of Supported Assets.
2.2. Pending Transactions. Once a Digital Wallet Asset Transfer is submitted to the digital asset network, the transaction will be in an unconfirmed state and remain pending for a period of time sufficient for the digital asset network to confirm the transaction. Digital Wallet Asset Transfers are not completed while in a pending state. Pending Digital Wallet Asset Transfers initiated from the digital wallet will reflect the pending transaction status, and you cannot use the digital wallet or elsewhere during the pending transaction.
2.3. Digital Wallet Inbound Transfers. When you receive digital assets from an external wallet to your digital wallet ("Digital Wallet Inbound Transfer"), such transfers will be executed according to your instructions. You should verify all transaction information before submitting instructions. OnchainCrypto assumes no responsibility if you enter an incorrect blockchain source address, incorrect source tag/memo, or if you receive digital assets from an incompatible wallet. We do not guarantee the identity or value of the sender of Digital Wallet Inbound Transfers.
2.4. Digital Wallet Outbound Transfers. When you send digital assets from your digital wallet to an external wallet ("Digital Wallet Outbound Transfer"), such transfers will be executed according to your instructions. You should verify all transaction information before submitting instructions. OnchainCrypto assumes no responsibility if you enter an incorrect blockchain destination address, incorrect destination tag/memo, or if you send digital assets to an incompatible wallet. We do not guarantee the identity or value of the recipient of Digital Wallet Outbound Transfers. Asset transfers cannot be revoked once broadcast to the relevant digital asset network, although they may be in a pending state and designated accordingly while network operators process the transaction. OnchainCrypto does not control digital asset networks and does not guarantee that transfers will be confirmed by the network. We may cancel or refuse to process any pending Digital Wallet Outbound Transfer pursuant to law or at the request of any court or other authority to which OnchainCrypto is subject in any jurisdiction. Additionally, we may require you to wait a period of time after a transaction is completed before allowing you to use further OnchainCrypto services and/or allowing you to conduct transactions beyond certain volume limits.
3. Limitation of Liability. We make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding linked Third-Party Services, the third parties that own and operate these services, the information contained in these services, the assets offered through these services, or the suitability, privacy, or security of these products or services. You acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all risks arising from the use of Third-Party Services, third-party websites, applications, or resources, including the risk of loss of assets traded through such Third-Party Services. Under no circumstances shall OnchainCrypto be liable for any damages arising from or related to Third-Party Services. This section is supplemental to any limitation of liability expressed elsewhere in this User Agreement.
